SHIPPING METHODS

Shipping Costs

For purchases of any products with a total cost of eighty (80,00) euros or more, the Customer is not charged with shipping costs.

For purchases of any products with a total cost of less than eighty (80.00) euros, the Customer is charged with shipping costs for deliveries within Thessaloniki of three and a half euros (3.50) as long as the total weight of the products does not exceed two (2) kilograms and for each extra kilos beyond two, the Customer is further charged one euro and seventy cents (1.70) per extra kilo. For the rest of Greece the charge is five (5) euros as long as the total weight of the products does not exceed two (2) kilograms and for each additional kilogram over two, the Customer is further charged one euro and seventy cents (1.70) per extra kilo.

The total weight of the products of each order is calculated automatically.

All the above prices do not include VAT. Upon completion of the order, an email with the analysis of the order is automatically sent.

The product is delivered to an external partner - carrier and the Customer is informed electronically that the product is ready to be shipped. Shipping costs are calculated based on the Customer's order.

To receive the order, the Customer will present to the external partner - carrier an official identity document (such as a police ID card, or passport). If the Customer wishes to authorize a third party to receive his order, then the third authorized person must demonstrate a special authorization to receive the specific order legally considered by KEP or police or other Authority as well as an official document necessary to verify the identity (police ID, passport, etc.). As after the receipt of the products, the risk passes to the Customer, the latter must check upon receipt of the products he receives, as, by signing at receipt, he confirms that he has correctly received the products of his order. If the Customer does not receive the product after receiving the notice to be sent and despite the relevant notice from the carrier, the Company reserves the right to withdraw from the sale.

The orders are sent through a courier company and with our own means.

The order can be delivered to another address if the Customer selects the corresponding field and proceeds to change the address.

Deliveries are made on working days between 9:00 - 17:00.

Availability

The Customer is informed about the availability of the products through indications that are placed on the page of each product or service in the online store. Our Company reserves the right to make its products available if they are not available at the time of the order. In this case, the Company reserves the right not to accept the specific order and therefore not to draw up the sales contract. Any payments will be returned to the Customer without undue delay, in the same way that the Customer chose to pay for his order.

Our Company will notify the Customer each time of the estimated delivery time of the ordered product, depending on the circumstances. In any case, we estimate that the products will be delivered within 2-5 working days from the confirmation of receipt of the order. However, we reserve the right to inform the Customer in case of assistance due to reasons that make the product unavailable or for the possible (new) delivery time if there are reasons for delay in delivery. In this case, if it is deemed that the delay makes the transaction unprofitable for the Customer, the Customer is entitled to unilaterally cancel the order with a written statement (via email at eshop@avedo.gr). If the order is canceled and thus the sales contract is terminated, our Company must return, without undue delay, all the money paid to it by the Customer.

If the lack of availability concerns only part of the ordered products of the order, the rest of the order is executed normally, unless the products of the order are relevant, and will be used as a whole and the Customer declares that the partial execution of the order does not serve needs or interests, in which case our Company must cancel the entire order.

The delivery time of the sold products and services is determined in the order depending on the availability, it is confirmed in the acceptance of the order by our Company, and is 2-5 working days from the time of the preparation of the sale, unless there is a special different agreement of the parties which is confirmed in writing, by e-mail.

Our Company is not responsible for delays in the execution of the order (including delivery) due to cases that cannot be attributed to its fault or due to force majeure, such as strikes, terrorist acts, war, supplier problems / transport / production, exchange rate fluctuations, government or legislative acts and natural disasters, pandemics and epidemics, etc. Therefore, in these cases, the Company is entitled to an extension of time for the execution of the order. If such incidents last more than 30 days, either party may withdraw from the contract of sale without compensation. If the Customer deems that he no longer has an interest in the execution of the order, he is entitled to terminate the sales contract and our Company is obliged to return the price and any other amount paid under the sales contract.
