Returns policy
Right to withdraw from distance contracts based on Law 2251/1994
The right of withdrawal is the right of the consumer to request the termination of the contract he had drawn up with a remote supplier or service provider.
At any time and until fourteen (14) calendar days have passed from the receipt of our products, the Customer can inform our Company by email at the contact address eshop@avedo.gr that he does not want our products to be provided.
In addition, the Customer has the above right of withdrawal, ie to return a product purchased from the online store without stating the reasons, under the following terms and conditions:
(a) Within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery of the products or their receipt (when the Customer has chosen "receipt from the store") and in case of many goods ordered by the Customer with one order and delivered separately from the time of receipt and the latter, the Customer is entitled to withdraw from the sale (hereinafter "Withdrawal").
(b) This withdrawal is unjustified and the Customer must return the product exactly in the excellent condition it received. In particular, the returned product should not have been used, should be in excellent condition, just before sale, in its complete original packaging (box, nylon, foam, etc., which should not have tears or damage / alterations) and with all the contents of the original packaging (instructions for use, specifications, warranties, etc.). In addition, in order for the product to be returned, the original purchase document (retail receipt, invoice) must be presented by the person who originally purchased the product and whose details are printed on the purchase document.
(c) The return of the item is accepted, only if the Customer has previously paid any amount charged by our Company for the shipment of the product to him/her and the shipping costs for its return.
(d) The withdrawal statement is exercised in writing by completing the relevant form and sending it, either to our postal address or to the e-mail address eshop@avedo.gr and our Company is obliged to confirm in writing the receipt of the withdrawal statement as soon as it is received.
(e) The Customer is obliged to return the products within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which he/she notified the withdrawal to our Company.
(f) Following the withdrawal statement, our Company is obliged to return to the Customer the price received. In case of debiting the Customer by credit card, our Company, once it has received the price from the Bank, will be obliged to inform the Bank about the cancellation of the transaction and the Bank will take any action provided. Our Company, following this information, bears no responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the rebuttal, which is regulated by the contract drawn up between the issuing bank and the Customer. In case the Customer had chosen the option "collection from the store", the refund to him/her will be made directly by our Company.
(g) The return of the price due to withdrawal to the Customer will be made no later than fourteen (14) working days from the year that our Company received proven knowledge of its withdrawal.
(h) Delivery costs are not refundable only if the Customer had chosen a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard method of delivery offered by the Company.
(i) The Customer is responsible to indemnify our Company, if he/she made use other than that which is necessary for the determination of the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods in the period until the declaration of withdrawal. The Company is entitled to agree with the Customer on his compensation even with mutual set-off.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Products that are not suitable for return, for health reasons or for hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery, as well as products made to individual order of the Customer are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Claims due to defect or lack of contracted property
The right of withdrawal does not include defective products or products in which there is a lack of contracted quality, which are covered by their respective warranties.
In case of liability of the Company for a real defect or for lack of agreed quality of the product ("legal guarantee"), the Customer is entitled at his choice: a) to demand, without charge, the correction or replacement of the product with another, unless such an action is impossible or requires disproportionate costs, b) to request a price reduction or c) to withdraw from the contract of sale, unless it is an insignificant actual defect. In order for a property to be considered contracted, it must have been agreed in writing. If the Customer chooses the correction or replacement of the product, the Company must make a correction or replacement in a reasonable time.
The above by law (AK 540) the rights of the Customer are barred after the lapse of two (2) years for the movable things.
In any case that the Customer finds a defect has the opportunity to contact the Company by phone 2310751212 or email eshop@avedo.gr. If a product is declared defective by the Customer, the Company expressly reserves the right to pre-diagnose the product as defective by competent technicians.
Only in the event that the product is found to be defective and is not responsible for the error in misuse by the Customer, then the right of withdrawal can be exercised.
The Company is released from the above obligations if it notified the Customer and so he/she knew, the lack or defect in the product. In addition, the Company does not provide a guarantee, nor does it guarantee protection against the unsuitability of the product sold for any specific purpose.
Change policy
(a) Change of products after delivery
If the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase made, he/she has the right to request a change of the purchased product. In this case, the Customer can send an electronic message to AVEDO SA. to the above mentioned email address, eshop@avedo.gr, requesting the change of the product with another product of his choice.
If the new product has a higher price than the returned product, then the Customer will be notified electronically, by e-mail, to proceed with a new payment process (for the payment of the difference). If the new product has a lower price than the returned product then our company will credit the Customer the difference according to what is listed below.
(b) Deadline for exchange or return of products
Every product change request must be sent within 14 days of receiving the product. Requests for change or return of products after the period of 14 days are accepted only in case of defective products according to Greek law, based on the provisions applicable to sales contracts.
(c) Terms and conditions for the validity of a product change or return
Return or change the entire product
Both the right to change and the right to return the product (right of withdrawal from the sale) apply to the entire purchased product and cannot be exercised on only part of the product (eg on product accessories).
(d) Status of returned products
The return or exchange of a product will not be accepted if it is proven that the product has been used and will be returned at the customer's expense. Products must be returned (for a refund or change) in their original condition, complete and intact and with their original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, etc.). They must not be worn, altered or washed and the labels must remain on the product.
(e) Sending the products to avedo.gr
The shipment of products to be exchanged within Greece is free of charge only through the same courier company with which the product was shipped for the first time. In case of sending the product for change with another courier company, the customer will be charged the shipping costs. The Customer sends via e-mail a message to the email address noted above (eshop@avedo.gr), requesting the change of the product.
The cost of shipping the products to be changed outside Greece is borne by the customer.
For each product for which a change is requested, the Customer must receive when sending a copy of the original purchase receipt.
(f) Delivery costs for products whose change is requested
In the case of products for which the change is requested, the Customer will not be charged the cost for the second receipt of the new product acquired after the change.
